I just learned of Vola's passing today. The obituary made mention of her career at the Jewish Education Alliance. For the 4 years we lived in Savannah, and my Dad, Joe Moseson, was the Director there, she was his secretary. I have very, very fond memories of Vola and Jim, since we became friends with them and visited their home many times. My deepest condolences to the family.
- Sharon Moseson, Mamaroneck, NY
Thinking of you at this time. Know your mom and my mom Dot McGinley are having a great time catching up on the calls they have missed with each other over the last 5 years. Know you will miss her.
- Rhonda M. Wilder, Stone Mountain, GA
In the latter years of her life, I saw very little of my Aunt Vola, so she was much younger in most of my memories of her. I was pleasantly surprised less than a year ago to get a phone call from her, for I had not talked with her for years. Back in the 1950s, I much enjoyed my summer stays at her home and the privilege of spending time with my cousins. Peggy and I extend our warmest wishes to Donna, Frances, and everyone who loved their mother. May God grant peace and comfort in this difficult time. Wish I could be there with you. My sister Barbara is in north Georgia visiting our ailing mother and will also be unable to come to Savannah.
